Certain Old Fox Hollow experiences are available by reservation.

When you reserve an offering, you are purchasing a specific available date and time.

Please review your reservation carefully before completing your purchase.

Once a reservation has been completed, the reservation is subject to the cancellation, transfer, and rescheduling terms described below.

We understand that plans sometimes change. Our hope is to make reservations at Old Fox Hollow as straightforward and flexible as reasonably possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation 14 or more days before your scheduled evening, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the scheduled evening are not eligible for a refund.

Illness

If you or someone in your family becomes ill and you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.

We do not issue refunds for illness.

Instead, we will work with you to move your reservation to another available evening whenever possible.

Changes are subject to availability.

Weather

Because much of the Old Fox Hollow experience takes place outdoors, weather may occasionally make a scheduled evening impractical.

If weather prevents the experience from taking place as planned, we will work with you to select another available evening.

Weather-related changes do not result in a refund.

Our goal is to find another evening that allows you to enjoy the experience as intended.

Transferring a Reservation

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person.

Please contact us with the name and contact information of the person receiving the reservation so that we can update the booking.

The reservation may be transferred without an additional fee, provided the new recipient agrees to the applicable terms of the experience.

Moving a Reservation

If you need to change your scheduled evening, we will be happy to move your reservation to another available evening when possible.

Changes are subject to availability.

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to request a change so that we have the best opportunity to accommodate you.

A reservation that has been moved remains subject to the terms of the original reservation, including the cancellation policy.

Photography experiences at Old Fox Hollow are designed to be relaxed, personal, and centered around genuine connection rather than formal posing alone.

While we make every effort to create an enjoyable experience and provide a thoughtfully curated gallery, photography is an artistic service and the final images will naturally reflect the circumstances of the evening, including weather, light, location, movement, and individual participation.

We cannot guarantee any particular photograph, pose, expression, or photographic result.

Our photography experiences may include activities or elements designed to encourage natural interaction. These may vary from one offering to another.

Photography clients receive the number of professionally edited, high-resolution images specified in the description of their particular experience.

For An Evening at Old Fox Hollow, the gallery generally includes 25–35 professionally edited, high-resolution images.

We carefully curate the final gallery. The number of images may vary somewhat depending on the particular evening, but we do not promise a specific photograph or guarantee a minimum number beyond what is stated in the applicable offering.

Clients receive personal printing rights to the photographs included in their gallery.

Personal printing rights allow you to print and preserve your photographs for personal use.

Old Fox Hollow does not print photographs on behalf of clients unless a particular offering specifically states otherwise.

You may not sell, license, alter for commercial purposes, or otherwise use the photographs commercially without written permission.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on the Old Fox Hollow website—including photographs, written content, designs, graphics, logos, illustrations, downloadable resources, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Old Fox Hollow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print materials provided for personal use when the website expressly allows it.

You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use Old Fox Hollow content without written permission.

The Old Fox Hollow name, branding, logo, and original creative materials may not be used in a way that suggests an unauthorized association with Old Fox Hollow.

When this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected guests and, when possible, provide another available date or another appropriate solution.

For weather affecting an outdoor photography experience, the weather-specific policy in Section 6 applies.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as Old Fox Hollow grows, our offerings change, or applicable requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

The Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of your purchase or reservation will generally govern that transaction, unless a change is required by law or otherwise applies to an ongoing relationship.
